1. Agreement to Terms

Dasuwal Pty Ltd provides professional pet consulting services, including but not limited to:

Our services are provided in the VIC 3024 area, including Mambourin, Mount Cottrell, and Wyndham Vale, as well as remotely where applicable.

3. Not Veterinary Services

Dasuwal Pty Ltd provides pet consulting and advisory services only. Our services are not a substitute for veterinary care. We do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe medication for any animal. If your pet is experiencing a medical emergency or health concern, please contact a licensed veterinarian immediately.

While our consultants may make recommendations regarding nutrition, behaviour, and general wellness, these should always be discussed with your veterinarian, particularly if your pet has pre-existing health conditions.

4. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

5. Bookings and Appointments

5.1 Scheduling

Appointments can be scheduled through our website contact form, email, or telephone. All bookings are subject to availability.

5.2 Cancellations

We request at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee at our discretion.

5.3 Rescheduling

We understand that circumstances change. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate rescheduling requests, subject to availability.

6. Fees and Payment

Fees for our consulting services will be communicated to you prior to the commencement of any service. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Fees are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable.
• Payment is due upon completion of each session or as per the agreed payment schedule for packages.
• We accept payment methods as advised at the time of booking.
• Overdue payments may incur additional charges.

7. Client Responsibilities

When engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about yourself and your pet(s)
• Disclose any known health conditions, allergies, or behavioural issues of your pet
• Follow recommended safety precautions during in-person consultations
• Ensure your pet is safely restrained or contained as advised during sessions
• Implement recommended strategies consistently for the best outcomes
• Inform us promptly of any changes in your pet's health or behaviour

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law:

• Dasuwal Pty Ltd provides consulting advice and recommendations in good faith based on professional knowledge and experience.
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes, as results may vary depending on individual circumstances, pet temperament, owner compliance, and other factors beyond our control.
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010) that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.

9. Assumption of Risk

Working with animals carries inherent risks, including but not limited to bites, scratches, allergic reactions, and property damage. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and accept these risks. You are responsible for ensuring the safety of yourself, your family, and your pets during and after consultations.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Dasuwal Pty Ltd website, including text, graphics, logos, images, SVG artwork, and downloadable materials, is the property of Dasuwal Pty Ltd and is protected by Australian and international copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use related to our services.
